Vinyasa means breathing systems. Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath, linking postures together into a dynamic practice. All levels welcome.
Amp up your Ride Class! Ride and Ripped starts off with a classic calorie blasting ride class, followed by an intense upper body workout.
A hot and sweaty dance party. This old style aerobic class will melt away fat while boosting your dance sills.
Spin class burns 400-600 calories in one session! It also strengthens quads, gluteus, hamstrings and calves with little joint impact! Feel free, as a rider, to be in control of your experience. You can increase or decrease your intensity of your ride by changing your resistance level, speed or position. Make your ride what you need.
A 45 minute weight workout for all fitness levels. Ton, firm and sculpt using bands, balls weight and body weight.
Similar to a martial arts class where you will punch and kick your way into knockout shape! You will train your whole body and get fit, fast, and strong. It is equivalent to 1700 crunches! It will rip and learn your arms out in no time!
50 Minute class using free weights, body bars, balls, TRX, ropes and other functional equipment to hit all major muscle groups. Using HIIT timing, you will leave feeling energized, strong and ready for the day.
This class will increase your strength and endurance while targeting each muscle group with weights and rope jumping intervals! Can't rope jump? No Worries! You can hop or high knee your way through it!
A Latin inspired dance/fitness class that blends dynamic dance movements with a unique balance of cardiovascular benefits and total body toning.
Come join the COOLEST club in town! This 1 hour class will get those young at heart moving to hits of the 40's, 50's & 60's with low impact exercises using body weight, light hand weights and bands. All levels welcome!
