Vinyasa means breathing systems. Vinyasa Yoga synchronizes movement with breath, linking postures together into a dynamic practice. All levels welcome.
This class will create a leaner, stronger more flexible body with core work, stretch and balance.
A hot and sweaty dance party. This old style aerobic class will melt away fat while boosting your dance sills.
Spin class burns 400-600 calories in one session! It also strengthens quads, gluteus, hamstrings and calves with little joint impact! Feel free, as a rider, to be in control of your experience. You can increase or decrease your intensity of your ride by changing your resistance level, speed or position. Make your ride what you need.
Yoga Stretch includes a variety of movements designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of motion which will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Take 45 minutes to target those trouble zones! Increase your core strength and tighten up your glutes.
Tabata is one of the most effective and best fat burning workouts out there! You only have to do 30 minutes of tabata intervals to get the same aerobic benefit and calorie burn as running several miles. You will do a 5 minute warm up, followed by 20 seconds of strength/cardio moves and then 10 seconds of rest. This pattern will be repeated for 33 minutes. And ending the class with a 5 minute cool down.
